can someone make mta2scm converter offline as .exe for single player san andreas so i can make maps and add peds or cars and events like that if when fix gaps
or how do i save the whole webpage for converter and opcodes?
@skatefilter5 It's written in PHP, I can publish the source code later on my github. Then you could run it offline as long as you got PHP interpreter installed. Let me know if you still need it.
